Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at Patrick James. We strive to provide the best quality merchandise and the best customer service possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so returns and exchanges are very easy. Our returns policy and easy instructions are listed below.

Return/Exchange Policies

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 90 Days after Receipt of Merchandise. Items marked "Final Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Fee

Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable, and there will be a return shipping fee of $8.95 deducted from your refund — unless you are making an exchange.

Free Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for another size/color, there is no charge for exchanging an item. You can also choose to use your return credit to buy a different item, and the $8.95 return fee will not be deducted from your credit amount.

Gift Cards

If a Vi, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a refund.

 

Making a Return or Exchange

Our new Returns Portal makes it easy to exchange or return an item.   Please CLICK HERE to start your return or exchange. 

Your order number can be found on the My Account page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at 1-888-855-9292. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

  • Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location.
  • If you need another Prepaid Return Label, please call Customer Service at 1-888-855-9292, or email us at customercare@patrickjames.com.

    Tracking a Return

    When printing a return label, you can check the notification boxes to have an email sent to you with delivery confirmation. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS Website.

    Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process exchanges and credits.

    Returning a Store Purchase

    Patrick James is happy to accept any returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Original sales receipt required to receive a full refund in the form of the original payment. Returns without original sales receipt will receive store credit and may receive sale price if item was previously on sale. Merchandise that has been worn, altered or is more than 90 days old cannot be returned.

    Store purchases can be returned to any of our retail store locations.

    Price Adjustments

    At Patrick James, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased before our Winter Sale and our Summer Sale. Our reasoning for this is prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes and ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish. At sale time, there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available, or on sale.
