Do you ship internationally?

What does it mean when an item status is "pre-ordered"?

When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “pre-order” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item for a full refund or exchange within 90 days with no shipping charges on exchanges. You can also return or exchange merchandise at any of our retail store locations. Merchandise that has been worn, altered or is more than 90 days old cannot be returned.

Do you do alterations?

Catalog or Web Purchases – We no longer offer hemming on Catalog or Web purchases. If you are near one of our retail stores you may have your pants or slacks hemmed. Please call a store near you for details.

Retail Store Purchase – We offer alterations at all of our retail store locations. Please call a STORE near you for details.

Outside Alterations – We accept outside alterations at all of our retail store locations. Please call a STORE near you for more information.

What does the MF symbol stand for that I see at the end of the description of some items?

This indicates that the item has a "Modern Fit".

Most of our items are made with a generous fit allowing for more comfort. However, some of our items are a modern fit, a bit more tapered and shaped, more accommodating to a slimmer build. Our modern fitting items will have a MF icon shown next to them. The MF symbol stands for Modern Fit and means that the item has a slightly trimmer and tighter fit. You may wish to order one size up.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

When you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon next to the url of our webpage in your browser window, then the site is secured through secure socket layer. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your information on our site. If you do not see one of these icons, please contact your internet service provider. We have appropriate security measures in place in our facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site so you can feel comfortable and secure.
