Shipping Information

Delivery

Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed via UPS. General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 2-6 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Packages ship from Georgia, unless otherwise stated. Standard ground service applies to the contiguous 48 states. Our delivery charges are listed below.

Standard Delivery

Flat Rate Ground Shipping (2-6 Business Days): $9.95 

Express Delivery

If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. 2nd-Day Air or Next Day Air orders placed by 1:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.

Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Signature Required Option

For your protection, Patrick James highly recommends ‘Signature Required’ upon delivery for orders over $500. This is available for an additional $5.00 at checkout. Patrick James cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders where a customer decides not to have ‘Signature Required’ on their shipped order.

For orders over $500, please select the 'Signature Required' option under Shipping Method at checkout.

International Orders

At this time we are not shipping internationally.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificate codes are sent via email upon purchase, and you will have the option to send the gift card to a recipient or schedule the gift card to be sent at a selected time.  Gift Certificates are redeemable online, via phone, or at a Patrick James retail store.  Click here to buy a Gift Certificate.

Pre-ordered Items

When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “pre-order” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.

As soon as it becomes available we will ship your pre-ordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.)

We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of pre-ordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

Price Adjustment Policy

At Patrick James, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Semi-Annual Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.

Patrick James does not ship to freight forwarders or costume designers under any circumstances.
