Delivery
Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed via UPS. General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 2-5 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are sent Priority Mail.
Express Delivery
Orders placed by 2:00p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days. Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
International Orders
All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. International orders are subject to tariffs, duties, or taxes that may be due upon delivery of your order. Shipping charges will be based on current international transportation rates. We advise our customers to find out what those charges will be on tariffs, duties and taxes before placing your order as the costs can be prohibitive
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates ship separately, free of charge, with a current copy of our catalog. Gift Certificates are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
